Overview

All of SydneyMalcome’s workshops/trainings and designed to create a brave, confidential space for participants to explore these important topics in an effective manner. As trained mental health clinicians with over 20 years combined experience, we are skilled group facilitators and able to generate meaningful discussion and weave important content into conversations that emerge. Anti-racism education is heart work, and our facilitators intentionally cultivate reflective spaces for deep listening and personal truth-telling where our world-views are authentically challenged. It is in these spaces that we can collectively reimagine what it means to be clinicians, co-workers, and leaders through an antiracist lens. While there is not a quick fix to issues of racial equity, we help organizations develop the tools and skills to continue having difficult conversations in between sessions and after we complete the trainings
